Take a photo of a letter, label or book page (or double page spread) and have it read to you aloud. There is no second step!. For those who find lots of options confusing (particularly those with dyslexia), this is the ideal app. Advanced settings are available but hidden by default. Buttons are simply Pause/Play, Read again and Next

It is a free to try app that is aimed at people with dyslexia, or visual impairments (or just can't find their glasses) that goes from printed text to spoken words in one click.
